From Michigan to Texas, built on family, mentorship,
and a passion for great food.
The Burger Factory was built on more than a love for great food—it was built on a lifetime of memories, hard work, and a shared dream.
Although our journeys were different, they began in much the same way. We both grew up in Michigan, where restaurants weren't just places to eat—they were places where families gathered, friendships were built, and unforgettable memories were made. From a young age, we each found ourselves in the kitchen, learning the value of hard work, teamwork, and the pride that comes from serving a great meal.
Along the way, we were fortunate to learn from incredible mentors who helped shape not only our cooking, but the way we approach hospitality. One mentor goes by Pashko, whose passion for quality, dedication to the craft, and attention to every detail left a lasting impression. Another mentors goes by George, whose work ethic, commitment to excellence, and love for serving others helped shape the values we carry with us today.
The lessons Pashko and George shared with us continue to guide every meal we prepare and every guest we welcome.
Those lessons became the foundation of The Burger Factory. We learned that great food isn't just about recipes—it's about taking pride in every ingredient, never cutting corners, and treating every person who walks through the door with kindness and respect.
When we made the move from Michigan to Texas, we brought those values with us. Our dream was to create a place where fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and genuine hospitality come together while sharing a little taste of Michigan with our Texas community.
Today, we're proud to serve fresh, never frozen beef, quality ingredients, hand-spun milkshakes, handcrafted recipes, and meals prepared fresh to order. Every burger, coney, pita, sweet treat, and side is made with the same care and attention we'd give our own family's table.
Most importantly, we don't see the people who walk through our doors as customers—we see them as our guests. Whether you're visiting us for the first time or you've been dining with us since we opened, we want you to feel welcomed, appreciated, and right at home.
